Serving Pasta
Putting drained cooked pasta onto a plate and topping it with a sauce then serving is not the most pleasing way.
It is much more pleasing to put the pasta into a skillet of sauce and turn the pasta so every strand is moistened
with the sauce and then plate it, topping with additional sauce as desired.
Another matter to consider is the amount of sauce you serve. Italians serve sauce on pasta and Americans typically
serve pasta in sauce. Moistening the pasta as suggested above and seen below is a way to serve a suitable amount.
