Normal Sinus Rhythm



This is an example of normal heart rhythm, with all intervals and characteristics within normal ranges:
There is a P-wave before every QRS complex and a QRS after every P.
The R-R intervals are regular and of normal length: 0.75 seconds.
Thus, the heart rate is normal at 80 per minute.
The P-R interval is normal: 0.14 seconds.
The QRS width is normal: 0.06 seconds.
The Q-T interval is normal: 0.36 seconds.
The P-wave, QRS complex, and the T-wave all are normally shaped.
