Check of Underlying Rhythm
This strip begins with ventricular pacing, then the pacemaker
is turned off and the native rhythm appears. It is second degree
A-V block, two-to-one type. Notice the P-waves that are generally
regular, and note that these P-waves can be marched through the paced part
of the strip, as well. The pacer was working in either VVI or VOO
mode, at a rate of 68.
