Third Degree Block example two



In this example of third degree block, the P-P interval is 0.52 seconds, giving
an atrial rate of 115, and the R-R interval is 1.17 seconds, giving a ventricular
rate of 51.  The ratio of these rates is 2.25, so they are truly unrelated.  No two
P-R intervals are the same.  Based on the QRS shape and the rate, this is
probably a junctional escape rhythm.
