Ventricular Fibrillation example two


This slow, very wide-complex ventricular rhythm - almost agonal - deteriorates suddenly
and terminally into coarse, then fine, ventricular fibrillation.   Note the dual chamber
pacemaker which is neither sensing nor capturing.
