Ventricular Tachycardia example three



This strip was run two minutes later.  The voltages are lower, the rate is slowing and no longer tachycardic, and the complexes are blunter and are becoming chaotic.  Pulse was no longer palpable; blood pressure was not measurable.  This is the beginning of agonal rhythm.  Asystole is near.
