Ventricular Tachycardia example two
This strip shows ventricular tachycardia with a rate of about 130, a slow rate for VT.  This strip was run late in an unsuccessful code; the heart is tiring with a slowing rate and complexes are beginning to widen out terminally.  This heart will soon go into an agonal rhythm  (see next page).
