Interpolated PVCs



In a setting of sinus rhythm, we see three PVCs.  Notice how these three ventricular beats don't interrupt the underlying sinus rhythm.  Because they fall between the sinus beats, and are not followed by compensatory pauses, they are called interpolated PVCs.
