Fib / Flutter example one



This is a rhythm that may not be given formal recognition, but is seen very often.  The atria fibrillate, then flutter, then fibrillate again, changing rhythm moment by moment.  Note the brief periods of flutter waves mixed with the irregular baseline of coarse atrial fibrillation.  The ventricular response seen here is irregularly irregular throughout.
