Atrial Flutter example three

Atrial flutter is sometimes difficult to recognize.  This strip could easily have been read as supraventricular tachycardia, except for the two instances of three-to-one ventricular capture.   These two breaks in the pattern reveal that the rhythm here is atrial flutter.   Excepting these two breaks, the flutter is regular with two-to-one capture.   Note that the atrial rate is 300, and the ventricular rate, for the most part, is 150.  The most common cause of a regular heart rate of 150 at rest is atrial flutter with two-to-one capture.
